Who we are

Proxima Tek was founded by three professionals, each with over 30 years of experience in industrial automation — from pneumatics to embedded electronics. We operate from Tuscany, Italy, for customers across Italy and Germany, with a tailor-made approach: every project is designed around the customer. The company has its own production equipment and works in close synergy with selected partner suppliers.

Valerio Faggi

Director

Director of Proxima Tek. For years he founded and ran distribution companies for major international brands in pneumatic automation and software development.

Andrea Olimpi

Technical Lead — Automation

Background in nonwoven textile technology and industrial automation, with national and international experience. He has held key roles as designer, maintenance manager and production manager.

Gianluca Bardazzi

Technical Lead — CNC

Brings to the company long experience in printing machinery and specialized technical service.
