Through Google Analytics 4 (in anonymized mode) we also collect aggregate browsing statistics (pages visited, time on site, country).
3. Purposes and legal basis
Reply to your contact requests – legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Anonymous browsing statistics – legal basis: legitimate interest, with anonymized IP and no individual profiling.
4. Data retention
Data collected through the contact form is retained for a maximum of 24 months after our last communication, unless the contact evolves into a contractual relationship (in that case the legal retention periods apply: 10 years for fiscal/civil obligations). Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months from last access.
5. Data recipients
Your data may be shared with:
Aruba S.p.A. – hosting provider (servers in Italy, EU).
Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics 4 (EU/US servers with standard contractual clauses).
Third parties at the request of judicial authorities or by legal obligation.
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Non-EU data transfer
Google Analytics data may be transferred to the US. Google adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision dated 10 July 2023), guaranteeing an adequate level of protection.
