The challenge
Dirty, aggressive or thickening liquids cannot be measured with conventional sensors (float, capacitive). ATEX zones require zero electrical components inside the tank.

The solution
- Level measurement via head pressure: the tube continuously bleeds a small amount of compressed air above 1000 mm H₂O.
- External pressure sensor measures continuously. Configurable min/max thresholds.
- Atmospheric pressure is the natural zero reference — robust calibration.
- Versions with digital outputs (thresholds) or analog level proportional output (BLS-H).
- Control box in safe zone, connected to the tank only by a ø4 mm polyurethane tube. ATEX-compatible.
