The challenge
Textile bobbins are heavy and operators load/unload them dozens of times a day. Fatigue is high and the risk of musculoskeletal disorders is real.

- SCARA articulated arms with free horizontal movement.
- Automatic load balancing during loading/unloading — negligible residual effort for the operator.
- Two versions: fully pneumatic controller for standard cases, or smart electronic Control Box that auto-balances variable loads (empty ↔ full).
- Continuous speed and position monitoring, automatic lock on anomalies.
- Slides on overhead rails along the entire creel. Customizable for weight and length.
